Welcome to the digital platform of Speed Arena Factory. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and specialized equestrian products. By continuing to browse the site or placing an order, you agree to fully comply with the provisions outlined below.

1. Introduction & User Agreement

The "Speed Arena" platform is the digital interface of the first specialized factory for manufacturing and shaping horseshoes in the Middle East. We provide professional products that meet the needs of local, regional, and international markets. Your continued use of the platform serves as a binding electronic contract between you and the factory management.

2. Intellectual Property & Patents

All engineering designs, industrial models, compositions, and content displayed on this platform are protected by law. The factory states that it holds a registered Saudi patent for the engineering design of horseshoes. Copying, imitating, or reproducing any of our products without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and will subject the violator to full legal accountability.

3. Custom-Made Orders

The factory provides a custom horseshoe production service based on the horse type, hoof size, and intended use.

  • The customer must provide accurate measurements and required technical specifications.
  • Custom-Made orders are considered final and cannot be canceled once the shaping and heat treatment phase has commenced.
  • The factory reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with our safety and industrial performance standards.

4. Therapeutic Products & Disclaimer

The factory offers the "Therapeutic & Rubber Series," which includes horseshoes for correcting hoof deviations, treating thrush, and supporting horses with laminitis or injured tendons.

Veterinary Alert: These products are assistive recovery tools. Their sizing and installation must be carried out under the supervision of a specialized veterinarian or a professional farrier. The factory holds no liability for complications arising from misuse or improper installation.

5. International Shipping & Export

We are proud that "Speed Arena" products cross borders and are exported to global markets including Europe, the UK, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

  • The international customer bears all customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country.
  • Shipping times are subject to the scheduling of transport companies and our logistical partners, and the factory is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Strategic Partnerships & Joint Products

We may offer products developed in partnership with our allies (e.g., Growth and Development Company for AI-based sensitive muscle wear for horses). When purchasing these products, the manufacturing parties' terms and warranties apply alongside our platform's terms.

7. Certified Quality & Return Policy

As a facility internationally certified with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, all our products undergo a strict final inspection before delivery.

  • If you receive a product with a fundamental manufacturing defect (not caused by improper shipping or storage), you have the right to request a replacement within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns do not cover products that have been installed, modified, or used in the field.
